Scope:
Slovenská konsolidačná, a. s., was established by the Foundation Deed of 26 October 1999. Currently, the only shareholder is the Slovak Republic represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.
On 1 January 2015, Act No. 374/2014 Coll. on the state’s receivables and on amendments to
certain laws entered into force. On 14 February 2015, Slovenská konsolidačná, a.s., became the authorised person for the consolidation of public sector receivables pursuant to the aforementioned Act.
